Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before placing an order with LA EXOTICA.
The essence of LA EXOTICA lies in rarity, history, and timeless design. The majority of our pieces are vintage, meaning they have lived a life before meeting you. Many of them have existed far longer than we have, carrying stories, character, and soul.
Each item is carefully curated for its exceptional design, craftsmanship, color, pattern, and overall quality. While some pieces may be unworn, LA EXOTICA is not a destination for mass-produced or brand-new garments. We invite you to shop with us only if you appreciate the beauty of vintage and the individuality that comes with it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, LA EXOTICA does not accept returns. We do, however, offer exchanges under the following conditions:
All exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached, in the same condition in which they were received.
The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is securely packaged.
Prior to sending any item back, please contact LA EXOTICA to request an exchange.
To proceed with an exchange, you must select an alternative item of equal or greater value. Once your original item is returned, please email us confirming the replacement piece you wish to receive.
We kindly ask that you include your contact details with the return shipment and, whenever possible, provide a tracking number. The easiest way to do so is by email, along with a brief explanation of your request.
LA EXOTICA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges incurred during exchanges. Any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.
